You Watching Me Watching You Watching Us, is a party about the edges of what it means to be sensed, measured and quantified by machines. Sensing machines are everywhere. A speculative design for collective space making and curating a party to a specific set of rules. A party to remember and embrace the now. Our story unfolds with the Sonic Wave shortly that has affected human long-term memory, limiting individuals to only thirty minutes of memory collection; each transition of music and activities in the party represents a refresh of memory. In a society troubled by loneliness and alienation due to the inability to acquire new long-term memories, we aimed to host an annual gathering, exploring themes of intimacy and belonging. The Post-Sonic-Wave world has begun; get ready to enter the Remembering Party.
